Examination Procedure

Before receiving treatment, please carry out the process for undergoing an examination.

Patients on their first visit

Fill in the required information on the “First Visit Application” and then hand that, along with your insurance card and any relevant care certificates you may have, over to First Visit. Also, if you have a referral form, hand that over as well. (You will be given a waiver for the 5,000 yen for medical expenses combined with treatment outside insurance coverage for first visits.) The same applies when receiving an examination at a department where you have not undergone an examination before.

Patients on their second or later visit

Use the Return Visit Automated Registration across from Information to check-in, then head to the department where you will undergo an examination. Each month, we must confirm your insurance card and any relevant care certificates you may have. Please show these to the relevant Outpatient Reception. If you received an examination at Emergency Reception, please inform First Visit.

Patients with a reservation

Perform the check-in procedure at the Return Visit Automated Registration. A reception slip will be issued. When your planned test or the like is finished, please wait near the examination room.

After the examination, take the file with the reception slip and like in it and bring that to (2) Documents.
Patients with a charge should pay medical treatment fees at (3) Payment or the Automatic Payment Machine.

Depending on the test(s) done, we may charge you for fees at a later date.
